Disclaimer pages

The Disclaimer Pages are dedicated screens/windows at the entrance to the page, in which the user should read the content in order to reach the relevant page. Each disclaimer page type has a different use.

There are the available types

One Screen Disclaimer Page

  • Displayed as a pop-up window, when entering the current page only.

  • Used to block page content viewing for a certain audience, such as HCP content (=Healthcare professional) against Patients (OTC) content, according to cookies duration time.

  • Including one screen with 2 CTA buttons: Button for HCP content for entering the current page, Button for non-HCP content for sending the user to another destination.

  • If this disclaimer pop up is used in the product catalog page, then the HCP button will lead to viewing all products relevant to both HCP and patients audience.
    whereas the patient (non-HCP) button will lead to viewing the revant products only for patients (OTC).

  • The background color below this disclaimer pop-up can be white blurred/dark (black).

Standard Disclaimer page

  • Displayed as a pop-up window, when entering the current page only.

  • Used to block page content viewing for a certain audience, such as HCP content (=Healthcare professional) against Patients (OTC) content, according to cookies duration time.

  • Including two screens with 2 CTA buttons and form fields.

  • Button for HCP content for entering the current page, Button for non-HCP content for sending the user to another destination.

  • If this disclaimer pop up is used in the product catalog page, then the HCP button will lead to viewing all products relevant to both HCP and patients audience.
    whereas the patient (non-HCP) button will lead to viewing the revant products only for patients (OTC).

Marketing disclaimer page

  • Displayed as a pop-up window, when entering the current page or through dedicated button.

  • Can lead the user to the current page or to another destination.

  • Does not block viewing of the page but is used as marketing information/message/content promotion.

  • Can appear according to cookies duration time or pop-up only once.

  • Including one screen with one CTA button.

  • The background color below this disclaimer pop-up can be white blurred/dark (black).

Vision Static Disclaimer Page

  • Displayed as a static page.

  • Used to block page content viewing for a certain audiences, such as HCP content (=Healthcare professional) against Patients (OTC) content, according to cookies duration time.

  • Including enternce cards, which each of them can lead to a different destination (not only to the current page).

  • In each card it can update text, form fields to fill in and a CTA button.

  • Since it is a page and not a pop-up window, it can add to it header navigation/footer and additional information text.

Sticky Notice

Disclaimer notice text in a sticky pane block at the bottom of the page, usually for privacy policy information.

  • The sticky pane can split into two text columns/ can be horizontally/ displayed as full-width.

  • The pane is visible at the bottom, by Scrolling the page down/Up.

  • The pane can be expanded (except for the full width). By expanding the text, the text will be wide, even if it is divided into 2 columns.

  • Scrolling down the bottom of the page, the panel disappears, and the full text is automatically viewed, lengthwise, at the bottom of the page, above the footer.
    Scrolling up to the top of the page, the sticky panel is displayed again.
